The Western Wear is a community-created headwear item for the Engineer. The Western Wear appears as a dark, team-colored top hat with a small bullet belt placed along the hatband, held in place by a cog-shaped belt buckle.

- The Western Wear was added to the game.
Trivia
- The bullets seen wrapped around the band of the Western Wear appear similar to the real-world 9mm caliber, or .22 LR bullet. However, .22 LR are typically used for rifles, or Revolvers, while 9mm caliber bullets are made for Luger and Parabellum hand gun cartridges.
