New Turkish Translator

Hi, Seb. I just wanted to draw your attention to a new translator-in-the-making - Memre98. He's very keen to help but needs a little nudge to get started - I've pointed him towards the translation help pages but as I'm no expert on using any of the templates there I thought you would be a better source of guidance. We also need your help on another matter - there is an issue with the tables on the Spy/tr page which he has asked me to fix. Again, as I'm inexperienced with this kind of thing I'm finding it very difficult to figure out which line of code to change to fix it. Do you think you could take a look at it yourself?
