Transparency?

I was going to buy one of these for each of my clan mates, along with a name tag, desc tag each to make clan badges.

But I wanted to know, do these support Transparency?

Edit: Just realised that buying all those items would cost £49. Ouch! But I Still want to know about the Transparency.
