Team Fortress 2

• Added promotional items for Ricochet 2
• Added support for Ubuntu Linux
• The Sandvich can no longer be thrown as a health pickup for teammates

Undocumented changes

• Added the Heartwarming Headache
• The removed ladders from the map Gullywash were added again.
• Added strings related to a Demopan item set to tf_english
• Hats that do not contain the "face" equip region now show up on friendly disguised Spies.
• The following items were added to the drop system
  • Sticky Jumper
  • Rocket Jumper
  • Frying Pan
• Made Earbuds drop for all Ubuntu users
• Item Changes
  • Added (currently) unused reload animations for the Loch-n-Load.
  • Removed cloak penalty from the Enforcer, added a fire delay penalty.
  • The Spy-Cicle no longer blocks fire damage, it only masks the afterburn visual effect.
  • The Towering Pillar of Hats is marked paintable (does not currently have a texture set up for paint).
