The Allbrero is a cosmetic item for the Demoman. It gives the Demoman a tan straw sombrero with an angular design along its brim that is comprised of a thin green strip and two thick team tinted stripes around it. At the base of the crown is a band of cloth with a thick team tinted and thin green stripe, and the brim has a bite taken out of it. The hat bounces as the Demoman moves.

Trivia
- The name is a play on the term for the type of the hat, a sombrero, as the first part of the word, "som", can be read like "some" (As opposed to "all").
- The bite out of the brim of the hat is a reference to nacho hats, a cuisine served in Spanish and Mexican fast food restaurants that consist of a life-size sombrero-shaped tortilla chip that has the top of the brim filled with a dipping sauce, such as nacho cheese (queso) or salsa.
- The Allbrero made its first appearance in Expiration Date, worn by the Demoman returning on the exit teleporter with a case of beer.
- An earlier version of the Allbrero made an appearance in Meet the Medic.
