The Convict Cap is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives him a black and white striped prisoner's hat, a smoking cigarette, a bandage on the left side of his face, and two scars that cross into a large X on his right cheek, one going over his nose's bridge and the other going over his mouth.
This item has two styles, named "Scars" and "No Scars". The "No Scars" style removes the scars.
The Convict Cap was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Bugs
- Unusual variants of the Convict Cap causes the Genteel Smoke effect to originate from the back of Heavy's head instead of being on the cigarette.
