The Hawaiian Hangover is a community-created cosmetic item for the Demoman. It replaces the Demoman's default shirt with a team-colored aloha shirt with a tropical flower pattern and rolled-up sleeves, as well as a white cord around his right wrist.
This item has two styles, named "No Grenades" and "Grenades". The "No Grenades" style removes the Demoman's default chest grenades, while the "Grenades" style keeps them.
The Hawaiian Hangover was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Hawaiian Hangover (Grenades and No Grenades styles) with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.
