Using community announcer in quote

In IRC me and another editor think it is inappropriate to use community Saxton announcer in quote, imo the difference between VA in Jungle Inferno video and 2023 summer update VSH makes this quote a little off.

Said 'another editor' here, while I think the line itself makes sense being used here, I'm unsure how to feel about using community announcers for quotes outside of their respective area (i.e. only use VSH quotes for VSH-related pages), and feel it would be better to only use lines from the official VAs where relevant. This topic might be better placed on the main discussion page, though.
