More appropriate wording for "Event is set to end" and "Event ended"

I believe "runs through" means the event ends as soon as it hits the date after, and since Scream Fortress always runs through November 7th (and has done for the past 5 years iirc,) it will end as soon as it hits 00:00 November 8th. Unless the ending isn't timezone based (so it would end first in Kiribati, the country furthest ahead timezone-wise,) can we change it so it says "Event is set to run through November 7th" maybe? The event ends on Valve's timezone as far as I'm aware, I'm not sure it ends strictly at 00:00 8 November either. I don't see anything wrong with the current wording.
