Werid naming common strings

Why are we using common strings with weird names and display regular contents?

example:

Template:Dictionary/common_strings/0_161_field will display Scream Fortress

Template:Dictionary/common_strings/0_404_field will display Ghoulpit

Template:Dictionary/common_strings/0_405_field will display Spookeyridge

These are the names corresponding to the values in the tf_proto_obj_defs_lang.txt files. That makes it easier to look up in the loc file as it's consistent among every language.
