The Oktoberfester is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a light green Tyrolean hat with a dark green rope around its crown, adorned with a gold button featuring the Medic's team-colored emblem holding some white plumes, a thick moustache with curled tips, and a bent smoking pipe with the "Genteel Smoke" particle effect.
This item has three styles, named "Paint Hat", "Paint Moustache", and "No Moustache". The "Paint Hat" applies paint to the hat and rope, the "Paint Moustache" style applies it to the moustache, and the "No Moustache" style removes the moustache.
The Oktoberfester was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
