Some vintage weapons for classes Scout, Pyro, Heavy, Medic, Sniper and Spy can also have random levels (0-100). All weapons used to have random levels, like some hats do now. They also used to effect damage; level 100 the highest damage, and level 0 the lowest. Collectors like to get a collection of certain levels: 0, 1, 42, 69, 99, 100, etc. These items are extremely rare and are worth a lot to collectors.
