Hey Eric. I'm in the process of making the Portuguese version of the Pyro Community Strategy page. I think I'll finish it soon. So I ask, when I finish the page, do I need to do something to get it out of the to-do list?

Olá, venho me desculpar sobre alguns erros de traduções na estratégia da comunidade para o Medic, como eu comecei recentemente, ainda não me associei muito com a tradução das palavras como craft e uncrate.

Well, the page I linked you to shows the basics of translating. There's more info about individual languages here and translating templates here. And no, I'll not sell my Lugermorph. Deleting my page...

Well I have made "a duplicate" of Something for Someone Special. You got me wrong. I've watched a video and the new items are different items, with different desc. and a different icon. We can't treat them as the same. It's like saying the Manniversary hat is the same as the box. People will get false information. I believe I'm doing a favor here splitting them both. Not quite. All information regarding both items is already listed in that single page, including how the tool becomes a misc. That second page you created is redundant, since these items have a strong direct connection. They even share the same name: the hat is named Manniversary Hat and the update is called Manniversary Update & Sale. All you did when creating the second page wasn't spliting information, but just making an exact unnecessary copy of the same page, with less info, which would make managing the item page difficult and confusing.  –  Epic Eric (T | C) 11:26, 16 February 2012 (PST)

Hi Eric, there is the new user called RectrumZone and hes bringing me and The Noble Scout some trouble by adding useless words to articles and translating stuff using google translate Check his user talk we warned him about that and now he is using google translate for the Shortstop/Norwegian page

Well, I don't think that will be necessary anymore. Someone else was creating class-specific set pages, which, personally, I think is enough. So... yeah, I guess I'm going to discard all that, and we'll implement individual class pages for sets instead (like Scout sets, Soldier sets etc).  –  Epic Eric (T | C) 12:15, 7 March 2012 (PST)

Certainly. Well, that was the general consensus, but because that other possibility hasn't been presented yet. Whether we should use one or another is up to the community. Error disambiguation page from your site

Hey EpicEric i saw you completely got it wrong about how to make disambiguation pages right, so i thought i would help you to understand how it works for another language so we should work together on a less disambiguation based wiki. Soo let's start with the beginning:
We are all very clear that disambiguation pages like BB/ru shouldn't exist that way because no russian would search for it in russian.
So i did a move from the article: monocle/de to Monokel which IS the german word for monocle. So every german which would search: Monokel, would have got the right disambiguation page, with no redirect needed. Was the word Monokel multilanguage used or why the undo?

I did it for 5 reasons:

1. It shows translated versions of that disambig;
2. It does not treat it as an English page (which means: disconsiders from total English articles, counts towards total Deutch articles, uses correct translated templates, bots won't mess up filters or categories etc);
3. Translated pages MUST have the /language suffix in the name;
4. The Monokel page already redirects to Monocle/de.
5. The BB and the Monocle disambigs are very different from each other.

So it should be left like that, or else it'll cause a lot of trouble.  –  Epic Eric (T | C) 09:10, 10 March 2012 (PST)

Thanks for the information that the wiki bot can't distinguish actual english pages and other name in other languages, and so on missing pages they would appear. I still whatsoever would hope that a template would work out for this problem, like a general: "bot ignore this language specific disamb. page". But because the wiki is not capable, you told me about it, of doing that i will do every edit twice(englishname/de +redirect) instead of one clear name which would be a lot easier. Because the main reason is to keep this disambiguation edits out of the missing pages is a goal i can cleary accept, still i doesn't approve about it and will try to find a way around it. Still for your time advising me, i'm very thankful. I'm hard minded and wanted to tell you that i understood the position of the wiki. TheDoctor 15:54, 10 March 2012 (PST)
