鐵甲軍團更新（Mecha Update）是一項於2012年12月20日釋出的 TF2 主要更新。

這個更新於2012年12月19日首次公開消息，預告了曼恩對決機器模式將加入最後一個機器人職業：工程師機器人，以及一張新地圖：Big Rock。這次更新頁面還包含了一篇漫畫《捕風捉影》（Shadow Boxers），以及公開工程師、爆破兵、醫護兵的新武器：遊騎兵援隊、脫韁火炮和疫苗接種者。最後，更新頁面還提及了冬季好孩子與壞孩子補給箱的復刻版。

  • 鐵甲軍團更新的更新頁面首圖，是直接取自《Template:W》這部日本科幻電影的海報。
  • 頁面中間有著黑方格和數字的紙張，是以打孔卡的格式寫成的。將頁面的訊息解碼後，上面寫道：「更新將於 20121220 始動」（"UPDATE IMMINENT DECEMBER 20 2012"）。
