Costume Transmogrifier is a tool item. It is represented by a box branded with the respective class logo, and some steel piping.

Using it on any Scream Fortress 2013 cosmetic item will replace the item with a random cosmetic item, equippable by the respective class, although all-class items cannot be obtained. The item's level and quality will remain intact, therefore a Haunted item so transformed will change into a Haunted item of the appropriate class.
