The Giftapult is a tool item for all classes, which may be used to deliver one tradable item in the user's backpack to a random online player.
Description
When used with an item in the user's backpack, the Giftapult is replaced in the backpack with a Loaded Giftapult, which is loaded with A Carefully Wrapped Gift containing that item. Once the Loaded Giftapult is used, the gift will be sent, wrapping worse for wear, to a random online player instantly, appearing in that player's backpack as a Delivered Giftapult Package. Selecting the "Unwrap Gift" option on a Giftapult you wrapped yourself will use up the Giftapult and give the wrapped item back to the player.

- Removed the Giftapult from the store and added a crafting recipe for it.
- Fixed wrapped Giftapult packages not having the "Deliver Gift" option in the context menu.
- Fixed not being able to deliver wrapped Giftapult packages.
- [Undocumented] Disabled the crafting recipe for the Giftapult.
- Giftapults can again deliver items to random players online, but will remain un-craftable
- Fixed not being able to use non-tradable Giftapults.
