Halloween Package |

The Halloween Package is an action item. Upon opening, it grants the player a random untradable Halloween cosmetic item, sometimes accompanied by a Spellbook Page. There is a small chance that the cosmetic will be of Haunted quality.
Turning in Halloween Contracts with at least one objective completed awards players with Halloween Packages, one per Contract.
