Mann Co. Supply Crates eller Forsyningskasse er en tool item som kan bare fås via item drop system. Den ser ut som en skips trekasse , med en masse kjettinger bundet rundt hele kassen og er låst med en stor lås. Mann Co. Supply Crates kan bare bli åpnet med en Mann Co. Forsynings Nøkkel.

Når en kasse åpnes, dukker det opp en fem sekunders tids nedregner, og det låter som at kjettingene tas vekk og kassen blir åpnet og dukker opp med følgende ord: "Uncrating the loots..." .Spilleren vil få da en gjenstand , som står i deskripsjonen på kassen ulik fra hvilken serie det er. Denne gjenstanden vil dermed blir annonsert inne i serveren i samme format som når en person finner en gjenstand også kalt dropped Items. Nøkkelen og trekassen vil bli erstattet men den nye gjenstanden

Added in the December 10, 2010 Patch.

Denne craten kunne ikke bli åpnet med en normal Mann Co. Supply Crate Key. Dermed måtte den blå åpnet med en Festive Winter Crate Key som man kunne kjøpe i Mann Co. Butikken som ble sluppet ut som en spesial ting med i Australian Christmas hendelsen, eller med en Stocking Stuffer Key. Begge to gikk ut den 31 Desember, 2010. Når den utgikk, forsvant trekassene bare plutselig for og ble erstattet med enten Serie 1-5 kasser eller ett våpen.

November 19, 2010 Patch

• Crates Series 1 and 2 no longer drop in game. (People with Series 1 and 2 crates still had the attributes set to 1 and 2, but they took on the schema ID of Series 3 and 4 crates, respectively.)

December 10, 2010 Patch

• Updated the Mann Co. Supply Crate description.
• Added Festive Winter Crates.
• Crates Series 3, 4, and 5 no longer drop in game. (the Series 3, 4, and 5 crates are listed as 7, 8, and 9 respectively if viewed online. These crates have not changed in attributes, but are expected to change schema ID to the newer crates. The series 1 and 2 (with 3 and 4 ID) are listed as 7 and 8.)

• Selv om Valve fant opp boksen, så synes den ikke inne i spille-filene; men teksturen, kan bli funnet. Boksen selv bruker samme modell som

models/props_hydro/barrel_crate_half.mdl .

• I Mac update traileren, står det en RED Soldat som ser oppe i en boks full med hatter, hinter at det skulle komme til å eksistere trekasser føre Mann-Conomy Update var ute.
