Upgrading MediaWiki installation

* Unpack mediawiki-*.tar.gz into its own new directory (w2 or whatever)
* Delete the following files and folders from the new directory (w2), as we don't need them:
    cache/
    images/
    RELEASE-NOTES-*
* Copy the following files from the old installation (w) into the new directory (w2):
    cache/
    images/
    extensions/
    DevSettings.php
    LocalSettings.php
    skins/valve
* Name old install directory (w) to temporary name (w3) in case things go really bad
* Rename new install directory (w2) to the normal name (w)
* Delete old install directory (w3)
* Run git status to find out what you just did

* Additional step. Grab the relevant patch from https://github.com/seb26/revquery and apply it with "patch -p0 < *.patch". Run with the --dry-run flag first to see if it successfully applies to the new MW version without modifications.
