Is it really needed? This cosmetic was added when only the base game existed, none of the DLCs were released back then, which includes the last one "Repentance", which was released just last year on 31 Mar, 2021. As something to keep in mind, if you play Isaac without the DLCs, the base sprites are still outdated (all the Quality of Life changes that Isaac DLCs make only stays on the DLC, the vanilla game stays the same). The Wiki states that 2015-02-11 was the last update to the base game (not counting the PS4 patch released on 2021). I can check if the sprite is changed on the base game (I have none of the DLCs), even though I doubt it got changed. However, if that is the case, I don't think we need two images. "The Binding of Isaac: Repentance" appearance.

If it's a DLC for the base game and the sprite gets changed depending on if you have it or not, it's better to have both of them there as some user may be confused as to why it doesn't match up to the in-game sprite if they have the DLC.
