The Squad Surplus Voucher is a tool item for Mann vs. Machine. It is represented as a ticket featuring a drawing of a chest containing three bags, two of them visibly emblazoned with the Team Fortress logo, with "Squad Surplus" written below it, "Mann Up" on the right side, and "Complete a single challenge for redemption" on the left side.
This item can be used before a Tour of Duty mission in Mann Up mode to grant each team member an extra reward at the end of the mission. If multiple teammates carry vouchers each will add its own extra reward.
