I've got a good feeling about this!
The Soldier on hoping to win a Robo Community Crate Key

The Random Robo Community Crate Key Gift is an action item. It is represented by a Robo Community Crate Key wrapped in purple gift wrapper with green polka dots, with two red ribbons and a tag with a question mark on it.

When used, it gives a single Robo Community Crate Key to a random player on the current server. The item can only be used once, and everyone on the server is notified of the user's generosity. The user of the tool never receives a key from their own Random Robo Community Crate Key Gift.
