I have seen the Baby Face's Blaster work and I got to say that you need to use the show preview button abit more because you edited almost 6 times in less than 10 minutes. Try to apply the missing things and such and look over your work by using that button so you can track progress of it while it's not saved. I'm Lacfi95.
I registered here because if nothing else, my English to Hungarian try to translate some weapons description, and more to help others (who was Hungarian TF2 wiki user, of course).
