The Voodoo-Cursed Old Boot is a crafting ingredient that was added in the October 26, 2012 Patch. It appears to be the Horseless Headless Horsemann's left boot, as seen as a gib after his death.
Crafting it with six other Voodoo-Cursed objects yields a Pile of Curses.
The Voodoo-Cursed Old Boot may be found in Haunted Halloween Gifts that spawn in Ghost Fort, or accompanying random drops.
