The Voodoo JuJu (Slight Return) is a community-created cosmetic item for the Demoman. It is a large top hat that has been crudely decorated with bones, patches, and a Tarot card held in place with a team-colored band.
The Voodoo JuJu (Slight Return) was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Bugs
- If a player dies with the Voodoo JuJu (Slight Return) equipped, the hat will rotate on the ground in a weird manner. This is due to the physics model being placed far away from the actual model.
Trivia
- The item's name is a portmanteau of Voodoo Child (Slight Return), a song by Jimi Hendrix, and Voodoo Juju, another Halloween-themed cosmetic item.
- The Tarot card displayed upon the hat is Death XIII.
