Il Der Wintermantel è un oggetto vario creato dalla comunità per il Medico. Esso rimpiazza l'uniforme del Medico con un lungo, bianco, camice in pelliccia con dei manicotti sopra i guanti.
Questo oggetto vario si presenta con due stili; "Gramma's Sweater Showing" ha un maglione a rombi sotto il camice, e "Gramma's Sweater Hidden" chiude il camice, coprendo il maglione.
Il Der Wintermantel è stato contribuito allo Steam Workshop sotto il nome di "The Cool Comfort".
