Der Wintermantel is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic an argyle sweater and a long, white fur coat, with sleeves that hang over the Medic's gloves.
This item has two styles, named "Gramma's Sweater Showing" and "Gramma's Sweater Hidden". The "Gramma's Sweater Showing" style reveals the sweater underneath the coat, and the "Gramma's Sweater Hidden" style folds the coat over, covering the sweater.
Der Wintermantel was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- "Wintermantel" is German for "Winter Coat".
- An unmapped circle attached to the very center of the Medic's model can be found in the belt region of both styles of the cosmetic. It can be seen in-game by adjusting the camera and seeing through the Medic's belt.
- According to the creator, this was done to raise the polycount of the model of the Gramma's Sweater Hidden's style so it would be accepted by the in-game item importer.[1]
