Helltower is a map added in the Scream Fortress Fifth Halloween Special. It is a Halloween-themed version of Hightower.

Objective

The objective is to push a cart of gravel containing the Mann brothers (Blutarch for RED, Redmond for BLU) to the checkpoint, like in the original Hightower.

There is a twist, however. Once either brother is pushed to the checkpoint, all players will be killed automatically, and sent to a demonic cave only known as Hell.

In Hell, a free-for-all takes place and all players must attempt to enter the Skull Island, and if they do so, they receive a special hat. Any players killed in Hell become ghosts and must pursue the living players.
