Template:Tool infobox Noise Makers were released during the Scream Fortress update, are Tools, and do just what they say on the tin- make noise. They can be purchased from the Mann Co. Store and come with 25 uses. There are 7 different types of Noise Makers. When equipped in an action slot and used a sound will be played to everyone on the server. A use will be consumed when the item is used.
