Noise Makers were tools purchasable only during the Scream Fortress update. Each one came with 25 uses, and there were 7 different types of Noise Makers, along with a single unused Noise Maker. When equipped in an action slot and used, a noise was played to all the other players in the server.

- Each Noise Maker (except for the Stabby Noise Maker) has 3 unique sounds that will randomly play when used.
