To clarify: The hat is just very very rare seeing as competitive DOTA players aren't a large faction of TF2's player base. It can't be gotten through crafting, drop, trade or purchase; only participants in the DOTA 2 tournaments get it. However, I've been fortunate enough to see a related Sniper's Snipin' Glass in game, so it's not impossible you won't see one. Fyahweather 13:34, 16 January 2012 (PST)

Will this be available again , and can I possibly receive one?

Now will this ever be available for players that enter the next competition in Dota 2 ,and can it be tradeable then? Also this is more of a request than a question, but I would really appreciate it if I could luckily recieve this item as a gift from Valve. I really love the Hero Clockwerk and would gladly get anything that would envolve him in it ,so I can add it to my Steam profile, and use it In-game on Team Fortess 2. As it currently stands, there is nothing known about this being available again. It seems pretty unlikely that it will ever be available either. In regards to your request, I don't think that anyone here is able to give you the item, and even if they could, it would be pretty unlikely for them to give it to someone for no reason.
