How to have a nice custom signature (like mine)
- Create a page for your signature at User:YourUsername/Signature (or another page name, but this one is pretty easy) and make your signature inside (use whatever markup you want, but remember: this is a small signature, not a full-featured user page).
- Go to the Preferences page.
- Check "Treat signature as wikitext (without an automatic link)" and put {{SUBST:User:YourUsername/Signature}} in the "New signature" field.
- Save and profit!
My signature can be found here. Don't create an identical signature (that would be copy/paste), but you can use it as an example.
