The Festive Winter Crate is a tool item released in the December 10th update, which seems to drop the same way normal crates do. It is shown as a Mann Co. Supply Crate decorated with snow and a wreath made of holly.
This crate cannot be opened with the normal Mann Co. Supply Crate Key and is set to expire on December 31, 2010.
It is speculation that on Christmas Day, keys matching the crates will be given out to players.
