The Squad Surplus Voucher is a tool item for Mann vs. Machine. It is represented as a ticket featuring a drawing of a chest containing three bags, two of them visibly emblazoned with the Team Fortress logo, with "Squad Surplus" written below it, "Mann Up" on the right side, and "Complete a single challenge for redemption" on the left side.
This item can be selected for use in the Mann vs. Machine main menu section before a Tour of Duty mission in Mann Up mode to grant each team member an extra reward at the end of the mission. If multiple teammates use a voucher, each will add one extra item at the end of a mission.
