The Saxxy Award is a melee weapon awarded users who won during the Saxxy Awards. There will likely be at most twenty in existance. This is due to the fact that the only way to obtain a Saxxy Award is to win in any of the twenty given category of the Saxxy Awards. Given that, at the time of writing, the awards are under way, not much is known about the actual item just yet.
