“You are so small! Is funny to me!” This article is a stub. As such, it is not complete. You can help Team Fortress Wiki by expanding it. |
The MGE Mod is a Team Fortress 2 gameplay modification. It is regarded as the most realistic 1v1 training mod, and its primary goal was to help competitive players practice.
Contents
Gameplay
The goal of the MGE Mod is to simulate a 1v1 scenario. It does this by spawning 2 players on a small map, where they must fight to reach 20 kills to win. To start, type !add and choose an arena of your choice with the number keys (usually the arenas are segments of real maps, just cut out and modified a little bit.). Different arenas have different class restrictions, though most arenas are locked to the following: Soldier, Demo, Scout, and Sniper.
Maps
MGE Maps are usually indicated by the mge_ prefix. The most common map however, is Mge_training_v7.
Stats
It features MikeJS’s ELO rating system, you start at 1600 points, and can gain more by winning duels.
