Tightrope is a server mod that aims to be a community-run version of the official beta by testing out new weapons, new maps, balance changes and other alterations. It is currently active on all TF2 Tightrope servers. There is a Steam Group for Tightrope.

Other changes
- Players can change their field of vision beyond the normal limits when on tightrope servers by altering the custom_fov variable in the console.

- Players can enter the civilian pose by unequipping all their weapons with the unequip menu.
