Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys are single-use tool items which are available from the Mann Co. Store. They are only obtainable from the store so far and there are no plans to make them available via the Item drop system and cannot be traded. They are the only method to unlock crates, another type of item which occasionally contains a singular rare item.
