The Spellbook Page is an item made available in the 2013 Scream Fortress event. Spell pages may be given to players who find their Haunted Halloween Gift (chance of 0, 1, or 2 pages) in Helltower (along with a Costume or Costume Transmogrifier), or players who complete "The Mann-tastic Four" achievement. It can be used to fill the Unfilled Spellbook. Filling the Unfilled Spellbook with 3 Spellbook Pages gives the player a Fancy Spellbook.
