Maps
Mann Manor
The primary new addition in Scream Fortress is the Mann Manor, a Halloween-themed map with a new pseudo-game mode, in which the Horseless Headless Horsemann, the apparition of Silas Mann, must be killed by both teams in cooperation, any player who gets to close to the Horseless Headless Horsemann will be in risk of being decapatated by his Headtaker .
This map also features custom models for Health pick-ups and Pumpkin bombs, similar to Harvest.
It's a standard Control Point map, with three Control Points which must be captured by BLU in order. BLU team starts outside the Mann Manor, and eventually make their way inside of the Mann Manor.
The Horseless Headless Horsemann
The Horseless Headless Horsemann is the undead apparition of Silas Mann. A neutral character, he will attack both RED and BLU teams until he is slain, an achievement, considering his Health ranges up to 9400, depending on the player count in the server (a minimum of 10 players is required for The Horseless Headless Horsemann to appear).
Mountain Lab
Mountain Lab is meant as the non-Halloween-specific equivalent of Manor. It has the same basic layout, stemming from the same source file as released by Valve in the Artpass Contest.
Hats
The following hats were added:
Halloween Masks | Saxton Hale Mask | Ghastlier Gibus | Voodoo Juju |
Spine-Chilling Skull | Horrific Headsplitter | Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head |
Cadaver's Cranium |
All current owners of the Ghastly Gibus had it upgraded to the Ghastlier Gibus, while new players instead receive the old-fashioned Ghastly Gibus.
Weapons
The Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker was added.
Non-Halloween-specific additions
Non-Halloween specific additions include Description Tags, Gift Wrapping, and Sticky Jumper.
