- I'm pretty sure it was just a reference on how Scouts jump like Mario does, and if they were to attach lead boots to either, neither of them would be very proficient at jumping. But, other then that, it has nothing to do with the Gunboats. Serg 11:57, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
