The Voodoo-Cursed Old Boot is a crafting ingredient that was added in the October 26, 2012 Patch. It appears to be the Horseless Headless Horsemann's left boot, as seen as a gib after his death.
Crafting it with six other Voodoo-Cursed objects yields a Pile of Curses.
The Voodoo-Cursed Old Boot may be found in Haunted Halloween Gifts that spawn in Ghost Fort. During the Spectral Halloween Special, they would accompany random drops given through the Item drop system.
