Milkman
Because I hate all of the scout unlocks. Except the Fish. Because that's not really an unlock. And the Lugermorph. Milkman because the scout delivers milk to unsuspecting strangers in his spare time.

Dr's Dapper Topper
Because I don't like the direct hit and I usually have a medic, so no black box (<3). Shotgun, because I don't feel that losing it for the Buff Banner/Battalion's Backup/Gunboats is a good trade-off. Equalizer as I rarely use the shovel as a melee weapon, and when I do it's usually in a situation where I'm out of ammo and prone to being injured so I don't see a reason not to use the Equilizer. Because Dr Seuss is amazing and so is this hat.

Backpack Brigade Helm.png
Brigade Helm
Degreaser as it allows me to use the shotgun faster. Shotgun, as it's secretly the Pyro's primary weapon if you want to be not a scrub, Flaregun sometimes. Powerjack and the Axtinguisher are interchangable, but usually I'll go with the Powerjack, the +25% damage and +75 hp on kill make it worth it for me, I don't care about random crits. Brigade Helm because he's a Fire Fighter, as in he fights with fire.

Glengarry Bonnet
Grenade Launcher is a tough decision tbh. Stickybomb launcher because it's better than the Chargin' Targe/Scottish Resistance. Frying Pan because I prefer just straight up having +25hp and don't like having my move speed reduced, and don't really think the Pain Train is worth it. Because the Bonnet is cool.

Backpack Tough Guy's Toque.png
Tough Guy's Toque
I use the Minigun because I find it more useful to do more damage than slow my target, but will use Natashcha sometimes. I use the Sandvich because it's nice to be able to help the medic if there is one, and if there isn't to keep myself alive. I use the Gloves of Running Urgently out of personal preference. And the Toque because it makes Heavy adorable.

Backpack Mining Light.png
Mining Light
I use the shotgun because I prefer having 6 ammo to having guaranteed crits some of the time and 3 ammo. I use the Lugermorph because I tend not to really stay with my sentry and the Lugermorph/Pistol is an amazing weapon. I use the Gunslinger, but I could just as easily use Southern Hospitality, generally I'll use the hospitality when I plan on making a sentry to defend the intel on a ctf map then running off and trying to be useful elsewhere, and the Gunslinger when there is no intel/cap point to defend. Mining Light, because it's actually great and anyone who says otherwise is wrong.

Backpack Vintage Tyrolean.png
Vintage Tyrolean
I don't really use Medic that much, but, here we go; Syringe Gun because I see the higher rate of self-healing as more beneficial, as I don't play battle medic, hence I really shouldn't be using my syringe gun that much, hence it's more useful than the Blutsauger. Medigun and Kritz are interchangeable, but I generally find the Medigun more useful. Ubersaw because there is really very little reason to use the Bonesaw, and the Vita-Saw isn't too useful outside of a competitive setting. Tyrolean because classy.

Backpack Bill's Hat.png
Bill's Hat
I use the Sydney Sleeper because I have it named "Melbourne Mike's Bodyshot Bonanza", it's really a terrible weapon, like the Huntsman. Jarate, because I don't really like the Razorback, Danger Shiel is useless, but it is interchangeable with the SMG. I use the Bushwacka, as if you are that close to a Pyro you're probably going to be dead anyway, and the Shiv is laughable after the nerf. Bill's Hat, because Bill is a bro.

Fancy Fedora
Ambassador is really interchangeable with any of the Spy's guns, they all have their advantages and drawbacks. Invisibility Watch, because I don't really like the other two watches/find the original watch superior personally. I tend to use the Knife more than the Eternal Reward, just a personal preference I guess.
