Medieval Mode is a mode added to TF2 with the Australian Christmas update. It is a new game mode which in only melee weapons can be used. All text chat is modified to sound like "Olde English"(ex.lol=lolery). Only certain weapons are allowed in the server. Players drop small medkits instead of weapons opon death. Braziers are also placed throughout the map and can be used to light Huntsman arrows on fire.
Allowed Weapons
- All Melee weapons.
- Chargin' Targe
- Buff Banner & Battalion's Backup
- Bonk, Crit-a-Cola and Mad Milk
- Huntsman
- Razorback & Danger Shield (but not Jarate)
- All Heavy lunch items
- Crusader's Crossbow
- All Spy Watches

The Medieval Mode is currently only availabe on the map cp_degrootkeep.
