Spectral Flame は工具アイテムです。これはGhost Fortの呪われたハロウィーンギフトやPile of Cursesから、ハロウィーンイベント期間中に入手可能です。
このアイテムをパイロのプライマリ武器に適用すると、炎が赤と緑の混ざった色になります。着火したプレイヤーも緑色の炎に包まれます。Phlogistinatorに適用した場合、通常の"エネルギー波"エフェクトが緑色になりますが、炎の形状は変わりません。
未使用のHalloween Spellアイテムはハロウィーンイベント終了時に消滅してしまいます。

備考
- このアイテムを適用すると、ロードアウト画面に"Halloween: Halloween Fire"のテキストが表示されます。
バグ
- Phlogistinatorに装備すると、炎のユニークパーティクルエフェクトが普通の炎に置き換えられる。
- Rainblowerに装備すると、炎のユニークパーティクルエフェクトが普通の炎に置き換えられる。
- バックパックアイコンにペイント缶用のオーバーレイが誤って使用されている。
- cl_burninggibs 1 に設定している場合、Spectral Flamesのエフェクトがジブには適用されない。
- 初期装備の武器には適用できない。
- Spectral Flamesの炎によって敵スパイがDead Ringerを発動させたとき、一瞬炎がスパイを追尾する。
- Spy-cicleに対しても同様のことが起こる。
