Scream Fortress 2018は2018年10月19日に配信されたハロウィーンイベントかつ大型アップデートです。このアップデートでは新たに2つの挑発、5つのコミュニティ製マップ、20種類のコミュニティ製装飾アイテム、4つのホリデー専用装飾アイテム、10種類のWar Paint、17種類のアンユージュアルエフェクトが追加されました。コントラッカー内では無料で受けられるハロウィーンコントラクトが再有効化され、新しいハロウィーンマップに対応する5つの新規コントラクトが追加されました。
