Pubstars VS Pros is a yearly community event, pitting 9 "pub" players (players with no competitive experience) against 6 competitive players, and was featured on the TF2 Official Blog.
Contents
Format
The teams play 3 maps, with the maps chosen beforehand. The winners of each map are the first to five wins on Standard Control Point maps, the team with the most points at the end of a preset time limit on Attack/Defend maps and the first to four wins on King of the Hill maps.
Highlander class limits apply to the pubstar team and competitive class limits apply to the competitive team. All unlocks can be used by the pubstars team.
Battle of Both Worlds
The Battle of Both Worlds matchup took place on Saturday, June 26, 2010. It was organized by cerious and hosted by Apocalypse Gaming.
