Scout	Scattergun	Vintage Lugermorph	Bat	Milkman	I use the default Scattergun because the FaN is bad and for bads, and the Shortstop is ridiculous. Lugermorph because I find the pistol infinitely more useful than either of the drinks/milk, and the Bat because I prefer it to the fish reskin, the sandman is a joke, I'd prefer to not be vulnerable to explosive damage from the Candy Cane, but I will swap it out with the Boston Basher occasionally.
Soldier	Rocket Launcher	Shotgun	Equalizer	Dr's Dapper Topper	Because I don't like the direct hit, nor do I think the Black Box is worth the trade-off. Shotgun, because I don't feel that losing it for the Buff Banner/Battalion's Backup/Gunboats is a good trade-off. Equalizer as I rarely use the shovel as a melee weapon, and when I do it's usually in a situation where I'm out of ammo and prone to being injured so I don't see a reason not to use the Equalizer. Because Dr Seuss is amazing and so is this hat.
Pyro	Degreaser	Shotgun	Powerjack	Brigade Helm	Degreaser as it allows me to use the shotgun faster. Shotgun, as it's secretly the Pyro's primary weapon if you want to be not a scrub, Flaregun sometimes. Powerjack and the Axtinguisher are interchangable, but usually I'll go with the Powerjack, the +25% damage and +75 hp on kill make it worth it for me, or sometimes the Back Scratcher, I don't care about random crits. Brigade Helm because he's a Fire Fighter, as in he fights with fire.
Demoman	Grenade launcher	Stickybomb Launcher	Frying Pan	Glengarry Bonnet	Grenade Launcher because the Loch-n-Load is ass, Stickybomb launcher because it's better than the Chargin' Targe/Scottish Resistance. Frying Pan because I prefer just straight up having +25hp and don't like having my move speed reduced, and don't really think the Pain Train/Caber are worth it. Bonnet as I like the Bonnet.
Heavy	Minigun	Shotgun	Fists of Steel	Tough Guy's Toque	I use the Minigun because I find it more useful to do more damage than slow my target and the Brass Beast is just bad in my opinion. I use the Shotgun because I find the ability to start shooting immediately very useful, though I will sometimes use the Sandvich or Steak Sandvich also. I use the Fists of Steel out of personal preference as I believe all the fist replacements are valid choices, except for the Warrior's Spirit, the -20hp isn't too noticeable, but it's just not worth it for how often you melee people and above 125 hp classes (where it saves you no hits) it only saves you 1 hit. And the Toque because it makes Heavy adorable.
Engineer	Shotgun	Lugermorph	Gunslinger	Mining Light	I use the shotgun because I prefer having 6 ammo to having guaranteed crits some of the time and 3 ammo. I use the Lugermorph because I tend not to really stay with my sentry and the Lugermorph/Pistol is an amazing weapon. I use the Gunslinger, but I could just as easily use the Jag, generally I'll use the Jag when I plan on making a sentry to defend the intel on a ctf map then running off and trying to be useful elsewhere, and the Gunslinger when there is no intel/cap point to defend. Mining Light, because it's actually great and anyone who says otherwise is wrong.
Medic	Crusader's Crossbow	Medigun	Amputator	Vintage Tyrolean	As we all know, battle Medics are by and large useless annoying twats, so I use the Crossbow+Amputator for that +1 health regen rate and then basically never switch away from my Medigun/Kritzkrieg. Tyrolean because it's classy.
Sniper	Sniper Rifle	SMG	Kukri	Bill's Hat	Anything other than the default Sniper loadout is a worse loadout. There I said it. Bill's Hat, because Bill is a bro.
Spy	Ambassador	Enthusiast's Timepiece	Knife	Fancy Fedora	Ambassador can be swapped for the Revolver, but I much prefer the Ambassador. Enthusiast's Timepiece/Default Watch, because I don't really like the other two watches/find the original watch superior personally. I tend to use the Knife more than the Eternal Reward, just a personal preference I guess. And the Fancy Fedora because it's Stylin'.
