The Random Duck Token Gift is an action item. Is it represented by a Duck Token with a red ribbon.

When used, it gives a single Duck Token to a random player on the current server when used. The item can only be used once, and everyone on the server is notified of the user's generosity. The user of the tool never receives a token from their own Random Duck Token Gift.
