Halloween may refer to the series of annual Scream Fortress updates and Halloween events during which a number of Halloween-themed in-game effects are activated:

• The Terrifying Team Fortress Haunted Hallowe'en Special, a major update in 2009.
• The Second Annu-Hell Scream Fortress Hauntdead Halloween Special, a major update in 2010.
• Very Scary Halloween Special, a major update in 2011.
• The Fourth Annual Spectral Halloween Special, a major update in 2012.
• The Fifth Annual Helloween Special, a major update in 2013.
• The Sixth Annual Halloween Special, a major update in 2014.
• The Seventh Annual Halloween Special, a major update in 2015.
• The Eighth Annual Halloween Special, a major update in 2016.

Halloween may also refer to:

• Halloween mode, a game mode enabled during Halloween events.
• The Halloween and Full Moon Holiday Restriction applied to some items.
• Halloween Costumes, which are Holiday-Restricted items visible only during Halloween and Full Moon events.
• Halloween Masks, the first Halloween Costumes, released in 2009 and 2010 Halloween events.
• Halloween Gift Cauldron, an Action item dropped during some Halloween events.
• Halloween Goodie Cauldron, an Action item dropped during some Halloween events.
